Information used for SMS
Withroom stores your phone number, verification status, consent and opt-out status, notification preferences and delivery records to operate the SMS program. The workspace also has separate account, project and agent activity records. This notice describes the SMS program.
Providers and message content
Twilio and mobile carriers process your phone number, message content and delivery information to deliver texts and manage messaging opt-outs. Alerts can include a short summary of workspace activity and an authenticated app link. Full conversations and approval decisions are handled in the app.
Consent and access
Phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Service providers receive information needed to deliver and support messages. Workspace owners configure notification recipients within project access; members control their own consent and quiet hours.
Your choices
Reply STOP to opt out or turn off SMS alerts in Notifications. Contact your workspace owner with questions about your account, phone number or stored records.
