Withroom SMS terms

Optional enrollment
Invited workspace members can choose to receive phone verification codes and alerts about unresolved approvals, questions, blockers, failures and unacknowledged messages. SMS enrollment is optional and is not a condition of using the workspace. You must actively select the consent checkbox and verify that you control the phone number before receiving alerts.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with workspace activity and your notification settings. Alerts are sent only for projects you can access and rules that select you as a recipient. Your carrier may charge message and data rates.
Stopping and getting help
Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out. Reply HELP for messaging help. You can also turn off SMS alerts in Notifications. After a carrier opt-out, follow the carrier’s re-subscription instructions and confirm your consent in the app before requesting another verification code. Contact your workspace owner for account help.
Act inside the app
SMS contains short alerts and application links. Send instructions and review or decide approval requests inside the authenticated Withroom app. An SMS message does not grant approval authority or change an agent’s native policies.
